Pedro Paucar, a Virginia resident for over 20 years, is our founder and Virginia team lead. Pedro started developing his sales career at the age of 16 and has since worked with other notable companies like Marriott International and Carfax, Inc. at the corporate office in Centreville, VA.
His experience in marketing, customer service and sales is what sets him apart from the masses.
Pedro has recently been featured in Northern Virginia Magazine and Washingtonian Magazine for his real estate sales performance. Most recently he was selected as Real Producer Magazine's rising star.
When he's not showing homes and tending to clients, Pedro is spending time with his wife and two kids, Matias and Theo.
